This study is part of a project that aims at getting a better understanding of the interaction between flame and turbulence. An accurate description of the interactions requires a prior characterization of the turbulent flow field in the combustion vessel. The objective of the present work is to provide a precise characterization of the turbulence parameters. Spatial integral length scales and turbulence intensity will be particularly investigated.
